Cut-offs & Late Starts: Late starts will not be allowed beyond 15 minutes after the posted start times for all of our events, and if you do start late you run the risk of not receiving an accurate race time.  We have generous pace requirements for all of our events that allow for runners and walkers for most of our events.  Please see the individual event policiy pages for specific requirements.

Headphones & Ear Buds: We highly discourage headphone and ear bud use during our event to ensure your safety and the safety of others.

Pets: We do not allow pets of any kind at our events or on the race courses.  This is for the safety of all participants and all of our animal friends. For participants with service animals, please reach out to race staff directly through our contact link so we can ensure your, and your service animal's safety as well as communicate expectations with our events team on race day.

Strollers: We are family friendly and want our events to be accessible to parents with little ones.  We allow strollers in our events but ask that you start the race at the back of the race corral to ensure the safety of all participants.
